Mesa Public Schools and Mesa Fire and Medical Department are partnering together to provide free influenza vaccinations for students in grades 1-6 and staff. They will be coming to Falcon Hill for one day the week of October 17-21st. A specific date and time will be assigned, and more communication will follow. In order to participate, a consent form needs to be filled out and returned to the health office by September 29th. This is a great opportunity for our students and staff. If you would like your student to participate, please print the attached consent form or you may pick one up from the health office.
